1.What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any information about our customers with third parties, with the exception of information required to process orders. We do not send SPAM email, but we do send emails to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.


2.How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: 

 * Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)

 * Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price 

 * Delivery time required 

 * Freight payment ( by collect or prepay ) 

 * Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )


3.How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.


4.Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes, we can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.


5.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes. 
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 1000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 1000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).


6.What is payment we accept?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card. Western Union is acceptable.


7.We just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

We take pride in your order no matter how big or small. We can cater to small businesses, private events and more. We will be more than happy to assist you.


8.What's the warranty of your products?

We normally offer 1 year warranty for our products from delivery time.
